A 32 year-old Gilroy woma n was declared dead-at-the-scene of a solo-vehicle accident Monday morning. The 6:30 a.m. accident occurred when she lost control of her vehicle while traveling westbound on Highway 156 at Cathedral Park Road , just east of Castroville. Her sedan went off the highway and hit a tree. The cause of that fatal crash is being investigated.
