Congressman Sam Farr is slated to tour damaged areas of the Santa Cruz Harbor tomorrow morning. Mr. Farr’s visit comes nearly a week after a tsunami surge struck the harbor after an 8.9 earthquake devastated the coast of Northern Japan on March 11th. After touring the Harbor, Mr. Farr will also meet with Santa Cruz port director, Lisa Ekers and port commission members to discuss potential federal assistance.
