The Bipartisan Farm Workforce Modernization Act has passed the U.S House Of Representatives. It did so with a 260 to 165 vote. The Act is designed to be a solution for America’s agricultural industry and farmworkers. If passed, it is hoped that the Act would provide stability, predicatbility, and fairness to one of the most critical sectors of our nation’s economy. H.R. 5038 goes next to the U.S. Senate
