The name of a Hollister man, who died as the result of a fall from a cliff on Sunday, has been released. 22 year-old Travis Bermudes was pronounced dead at the scene. His 22 year-old friend, James “Cody” Martin (the 3rd) said the 2 of them had driven to Lover’s Leap in the Pacheco Pass area to go on an all-day hike. Bermudes succumbed to his injuries before rescue crews arrived. Martin, who was transported to an area hospital, is expected to recover.
