Walgreens pharmacy is under fire for employing a fake pharmacist who filled over 700-thousand prescriptions in Fremont, Milpitas and San Jose.
According to investigators, kim Thien Le acted as a pharmacist since 2006 with a phony license.
Le hasn’t worked for Walgreens since 20-17 and said she is willing to pay whatever amount she is fined.
