A 31-year-old man was arrested in santa cruz, after allegedly prowling near vehicles on quarry lane. Alfredo ceja is also accused of being in possession of a fake gun. He was booked into santa cruz county jail on charges of loitering on private property and possession of a modified imitation gun.
