(08:25) Salinas – The Salinas Police Department announced that they will have extra police officers on patrol for Saint Patrick’s Day weekend. The public is encouraged to plan ahead by calling an UBER, taxi, or having a designated driver. Last year Salinas Police made 148 DUI arrests.
