Salinas City Manager Ray Corpuz Jr. is expected to be offered a 3-year extension on his employment contract with the city. The city council decided this week to extend Corpuz’s contract at the conclusion of his employment evaluation. Corpuz, who makes just over $300,000 annually in salary and benefits, will not receive an increase in salary along with the extension.
