Evacuation Lifted In Salinas 02/21/17B 17:28 S.S.

The  evacuations  have  been  lifted  for  the  residents  of  the  Bolsa  Knolls  community  in  Salinas.     Because  the  evacuations have  been  lifted,  the  evacuation  center,  at  the  Northminster  Presbyterian  Church,  will  be  closed.
