(11:05) Monterey – The Monterey County Department of Transportation announced westbound Highway 156 will have alternating lane closures tomorrow. Crews are scheduled to work from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. just past Castroville Boulevard, at the Overhead near Castroville. Motorists can expect delays of 15 to 20 minutes.
