Salinas Fire and Police were on scene of a trash can set on fire. The incident took place early Monday morning near the 500 block of Rochex Avenue.
While the fire was promptly put out, there was some minor damage yet no injuries reported.
Salinas Police are searching video surveillance to determine cause of the now-extinguished fire.
