The farming industry has long-held traditions for their practice, some of which lacks sustainability.
A non-profit known as the Ecological Farming Association, or EcoFarm, offers a wealth of information on best practices on environmentally-sound farming.
Andy Fisher, the executive director for EcoFarm, told KSCO more about the importance of sustainable agricultural work.
In this interview, Fisher stresses that the “climate crisis” could be mitigated by farming organically as well as regenerative agriculture becoming the new norm.
