Early release was denied this morning for a former Hartnell College student who pleaded no contest this past spring for fatally stabbing his brother 3 years ago. Langston Williams the 3rd was ordered to serve a year in Monterey County Jail and 4 years of felony probation in April for the October 24th 2007 fatal stabbing of his brother, 18-year old Thaddeus Williams. Williams has been serving time since May however his request falls on the heels of an official acceptance to his hometown University of Texas this fall.
