a soquel man pleaded no contest to felony charges of d.u.i., for a crash on summit road in november of last year. 21 year old donovan hicks barclay III had a blood alcohol level of .15 percent, nearly twice the legal limit when he crashed his car on summit road. barclay faced felony charges for the solo crash due to a prior conviction in 2007, when the car barclay was driving flipped, killing his 2 cousins. barclay is slated to be sentenced on april 21st, he faces a maximum of 3 years in county jail.
