A Marina man has been ordered to stand trial on several charges, including 2nd-degree murder. 32-year-old Zabdiel Arciga is accused of being under the influence of alcohol, when he crashed his car exiting Highway-1 at the Freemont/Del Monte off-ramp. Arciga’s 8-year-old son, Isaiah Solis Becker, suffered fatal injuries in the wreck. Arciga has pleaded not guilty to the charges, and is scheduled to return to court on December 15th.
