The California Highway Patrol has reported the number of automobile accidents in San Benito County over the Thanksgiving weekend remained the same as last year. 28 accidents were reported over the weekend, as well as 19 D.U.I. Arrests, a large increase from the 5 arrests reported last year. The CHP reports that only one two accidents resulted in serious injuries.
