A Pacific Grove man was arrested early Sunday morning, for suspected DUI. 43-year-old Michael Whallen lost control of his Toyoto Echo on Southbound Highway-1 (near Riverside Drive). Highway Patrol officers are unsure why he apparently jumped into the Pajaro River after the accident. He suffered minor injuries in the incident.
