A load of drugs has been intercepted before it entered the Santa Cruz County Jail. A man, who turned himself in so he would be arrested and booked into Santa Cruz County Jail…..so he could sneak drugs in….was caught. Justin Fenn, who had a warrant out for his arrest, was x-rayed on his way in, and the drugs were confiscated.
