(08:00) Santa Cruz – A man was arrested on Friday in Santa Cruz, after he was caught with drugs and digital scale. Derrick Breier, who is on probation, was stopped by an officer for not having a bike light. An Officer conducted a search of Breier and found 16.3 grams of methamphetamine and a digital scale. He was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
