A Watsonville man was arrested over the weekend in Castroville following a traffic stop. Police say 49-year old Joaquin Hernandez Moreno was pulled over shortly after 2 p.m. Saturday at Merritt and Mead Streets. Moreno was booked into Monterey County Jail on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
