A santa cruz county man was arrested Saturday night. That, after 37-year-old Richard bernal monjaraz was allegedly found to be in possession of several types of illegal drugs. Santa cruz county sheriff’s deputies contacted him during a traffic stop near soquel avenue and capitola road. monjaraz was allegedly in possession of marijuana, methamphetamine, heroin, and methadone pills. He was booked into santa cruz county jail on a no-bail parole hold.
