A 28 Prunedale man was arrested Saturday morning. A records check during traffic stop on Prunedale South Road showed that the driver 28 year old Richard Neal was a felon. A search of the vehicle uncovered Burglary tools & 6.86 grams of Meth. Neal was arrested on felony charges & drug & burglary charges. He was booked into the Monterey County Jail.
