There are 2 separate fundraising sites in honor of the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Deputies that were struck by gunfire Saturday in Ben Lomond. The site, to raise money for Sergeant Damon Gutzwiller’s wife and children, (and had raised more than $320,000 by yesterday) was created by the Peace Officers Research Association Of California, and it can be found on-line at: www.porac.org/fundraiser/line-of-duty-death-damon-gutzwiller.
A second fundraising site is on Go Fund Me, and it’s designed to raise money for the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s K-9 deputy who suffered multiple injuries on Saturday.
