A planned expansion of Dominican Hospital’s campus, that has been approved by the Santa Cruz County Planning Commission, goes next to the Santa Cruz County Board Of Supervisors. Included in the plan is adding a another floor to the building and an added 3-story parking garage. Although the added rooms won’t mean space for more patients, it does mean that each room will be a single-occupancy room. When it comes to parking though, the garage would mean an additional 60 parking spaces.
