Santa Cruz Sheriff’s deputies have arrested a 30-year-old Boulder Creek man wanted on domestic violence charges. While searching Jeffrey Greer’s vehicle, officers discovered a loaded handgun and a small quantity of methamphetamine. The serial number on the weapon had been filed off.
The Wednesday evening incident resulted in Greer being booked into the Santa Cruz County Jail on several charges including; domestic violence, felon in possession of a firearm, possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotics while armed with a firearm, and altering a firearm. Bail has been set at $25,000 dollars.
