A 31 year-old Seaside man has been arrested on domestic violence charges. That after Jay Hill reportedly forcibly kicked in the front door to the woman’s residence, and then battered her….threatening to harm her further if she called the police. Hill now faces charges of domestic battery, false imprisonment, child endangerment, trespassing, dissuading a victim/witness….along with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into Monterey County Jail.
