A Watsonville man has been cited for leaving his dog (in her doghouse) on the side of the road. Once Santa Cruz County Animal Control officers tracked Ruben Guerrero down, he admitted that he had abandoned the dog. “Pebbles” is believed to be about 9 years-old, and is now available for adoption to a “forever” home.
