A diver reported missing was found at a Monterey beach on Saturday. The diver, reported missing at about 12:30 p-m, was found 30 minutes later at San Carlos beach. The diver was not breathing and resuscitation efforts were performed during transportation to the hospital. At this time the victim’s condition has not been made public.
