Despite a state ban on driving while using a hand-held cell phone… drivers in san Jose are using their cell phones more than ever.
According to researchers from “Zendrive”…. Who studied data from 1-point-eight million smart phone users, drivers in San Jose increased their cell phone usage from 7-percent in 20-18 to 8-percent in 20-19. San Francisco and Oakland were not far behind San Jose in terms of cell phone usage.
Across the nation… it’s Virginians who talk the most on their cell phones while driving… according to the study.
