The Diocese Of Monterey is one of 10 dioceses named in a lawsuit filed against California bishops. The lawsuit alleges they have, and are still, covering-up child sexual abuse, and allowing clerical offenders to switch locations. Attorneys will also demand all California bishops immediately release the names, and documented histories, on all clerical offenders in each Diocese. The attorneys behind the lawsuit are holding a news conference in Los Angeles today.
