An upcoming hearing has been delayed, for the pebble beach company’s latest push for a new development. members of the monterey planning commission moved back a workshop on the proposal, to November 9th. Commissioners are set to address the matter formally, at their meeting on December 14th. The proposed development is a scaled-down version of a previously-reject plan. The new project would involve the construction of 90-home lots, a new 100-room hotel, and adding 140-rooms to existing hotels at pebble beach.
