Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Deputies are currently investigating a case of theft at a school in Freedom. Officials say eight laptop computers were stolen from Calabasas Elementary School last weekend. Investigators believe the computers were taken from a classroom between 5 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Monday. Anyone with information is to contact the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office.
