(07:20) Salinas – A man who was on parole was arrested last night after a shooting. The incident took place in Salinas on the 300 block of Chaparral Street. 36 year-old Armando Yslas reportedly showed up at a home drunk and got into an argument with a woman. He then proceeded to walk out to the street and fired off four rounds from a semi automatic pistol. Yslas did not strike anything and a witness said the shots were fired into the air. Police found Yslas hiding in a nearby driveway. He was arrested on new charges and a parole hold.
