(09:40) Salinas – A man arrested for a burglary in Salinas has been identified. 27 year-old James Armijo was caught breaking into China Garden restaurant early this (Tuesday) morning. The owner of the restaurant interrupted Armijo and tried to stop him. The two fought briefly. He was booked on charges including burglary, robbery, vandalism, possession of burglary tools, and probation violation.
