(08:55) Salinas – Salinas swore in the first female police chief on Friday. Chief Adele Frese is the 22nd Chief of police of Salinas. The City Of Salinas has had 40 homicides in the last year. In an effort to decrease the crime, one of Frese’s top goals is to fill the 40 open positions in the department.
