(18:00) MOSS LANDING – An auto dismantler in Moss Landing, which was ordered to mitigate the discharge of polluted storm-water into the Elkhorn Slough, has already installed equipment designed to get them through the expected El Nino storms. The Moss Landing Pick-N-Pull will also be subject to more frequent testing and has been required to pay 72-thousand dollars to seed a fund for environmental restoration…with an emphasis on projects designed to enhance Southern Sea Otter habitat in the Slough and the Monterey Bay.
