(17:16) SALINAS – A man has been arrested in connection with last week’s hit-and-run accident that left a 10 year-old boy in critical condition. 24 year-old Salinas resident Juan Rodriguez is believed to have been the driver of the silver Honda accord that went around a stopped car, before hitting the boy and then driving away. The boy succumbed to his injuries on Saturday, so Rodriguez is likely to face a charge of vehicular manslaughter.
