(18:23) SANTA CRUZ- SB 277 also known as the vaccination takes effect on Friday. The law which eliminates exemptions related to personal or religious beliefs for children attending public or private schools, as well as day-care centers, was partly inspired by a measles outbreak that began in California at Disneyland earlier this year. The law will impact students attending school in the fall of 2016.
