(07:46) BEN LOMOND – A man was recently arrested in Ben Lomond on several charges, including theft and assault. Deputies were dispatched to Ben Lomond Market on Thursday following a report of a disturbance. Officials say 19-year-old Jaysen Huffman allegedly attempted to steal food from the store. He then punched an employee who tried to confront him. Staff members detained the suspect until deputies arrived. Huffman was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail. (S.G.)
