(17:37) CAPITOLA- The Capitola Police Department is providing free rides home for New Years revelers. Department volunteers are offering rides home from Capitola to Soquel, Seacliff and Live Oak areas. Capitola residents can get rides home from theses locations as well. The rides are being offered from 9 p.m., New Year’s Eve, until 3 a.m. Friday morning. The 8 passenger vans are being supplied by Auto World of Santa Cruz and the Capitola Public Safety Foundation.
