(11:37) SCOTTS VALLEY- Scotts Valley police arrested a man for drug trafficking and outstanding warrants early Christmas morning. Authorities say a patrol unit responded to a report of a man slumped over a steering wheel in a service station on Mount Hermon Road. On scene officers contacted the man, 38 year old Robert Truhitte. Police were aware of previous run ins with the suspect and performed a records check which revealed outstanding felony warrants. A vehicle searc uncovered nearly a pound of methamphetamine and 9 grams of heroin. Truhitte was booked into county jail.
