(08:44) SANTA CRUZ – The Santa Cruz Arts Commission is now accepting proposals for a local sculpture installation. The Commission is inviting sculptors to apply for the 2016 sculpTOUR, for a chance to display a sculpture for up to four years. Each selected artist will be awarded between $1,500 and $10,000, based on the costs of materials and installation. All applications must be submitted by January 15.
