(20:50) MONTEREY – Monterey County has two new celebrities to call its own: a wild sea otter and her pup. The otters have gained national attention after the mother gave birth in the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Great Tide Pool on Sunday. The pair could still be seen floating in the calm waters off in front of the observation deck as recently as Monday morning.
