(19:30) MONTEREY – Formal murder charges were filed against Tami Huntsman and Gonzalo Curiel on Friday by the Monterey County’s District Attorney’s Office. Amongst other allegations, the defendants have been charged with two counts of willful, deliberate, premeditated murder and two counts of torture in the deaths of 3 and 6 year olds Delylah and Shaun Tara. 17-year-old Curiel will be tried as an adult. If found guilty on all accounts, Tami Huntsman could be sentenced to death.
