(07:00) WATSONVILLE – The Watsonville Planning Commission has recommended an ordinance that would allow the cultivation, production, sale, and dispensing of medical marijuana. On Tuesday, the commission asked the city council to amend a section of the city’s municipal code that prohibits practices associated with medical marijuana. The council has until January 29 to either pass or reject the ordinance. (S.G.)
