(07:38) MONTEREY COUNTY – Monterey-Salinas Transit will soon offer a discount fare for veterans. Beginning Saturday, veterans will be eligible to receive a MST photo courtesy card. Cardholders will be entitled to 50 percent off all fares, as well as daily, weekly, and monthly passes. The discount has been made possible by funding generated by Measure Q.
