(07:38) SANTA CRUZ – Janus of Santa Cruz is collaborating with local law enforcement agencies to promote a Mothers Against Drunk Driving campaign. December is National Impaired Driving Prevention Month. MADD’s “Tie One on for Safety” program is spreading the message by encouraging organizations to tie red ribbons on to cars, motorcycles and bicycles. Janus of Santa Cruz has distributed 300 of the ribbons to the Capitola Police Department, the Santa Cruz Police Department and the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office. Janus is also distributing ribbons to staff, clients and community members at their office on 7th Avenue. (S.G.)
