(06:59) MONTEREY COUNTY – An emergency project to remove a fallen tree on northbound Highway 1 is expected to cause delays in Monterey County Tuesday. Crews will be working one mile north of Lucia from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. One northbound lane will be closed during the project. Motorists can expected delays of up to 15 minutes. (S.G.)
