(18:21) SANTA CRUZ – A B-M-W that was stolen 2 days ago, and used in a chase in downtown Santa Cruz this morning, has been returned to its owner. The man who led Santa Cruz police officers on this morning’s chase (Deshawn Dante Arnold) was arrested and booked into Santa Cruz county jail. Arnold, who hails from Mesa Arizona, faces charges of suspicion of reckless driving, property damage, possession of stolen property (including credit cards and identification cards, as well as the vehicle) and methamphetamine.
