2 former Salinas residents have been arrested on charges of felony child abuse, torture and mayhem. 39 year-old Tami Joy Hunstman, and 17 year-old Gonzalo Curiel….who are both residents of Quincy California, were arrested and booked into Plumas county jail. Along with the victim in that case, the bodies of 2 juveniles were found inside a storage unit in the city of Redding. Although the Redding Police Department is the lead on this case, Salinas Police officers and Plumas County Sheriff’s Deputies are assisting.
